Atlantic Coast Pipeline’s (ACP) Submittal of Erosion and Sediment Control (ESC) Plans / Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) to the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (VDEQ) Provided Here for Public Review.

As required specifically for ACP, ACP submitted detailed, project-specific Plans (ESC / SWPPP) for all land disturbance related to pipeline construction, including access roads, construction lay-down areas and other aboveground facilities in Virginia. These Plans will be reviewed by qualified professionals, at VDEQ and third-party engineers retained by VDEQ. These plans are being made available for public review as well.

ACP’s Plans comply with and in some cases exceed Virginia’s stormwater and erosion and sediment control regulations that are designed to protect water quality during and after construction.
