Response to U.S. Fourth Circuit Aug 8 Ruling

The following is a statement by Atlantic Coast Pipeline spokesperson Aaron Ruby in response to the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals’ rulings today vacating the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service’s Incidental Take Statement and the National Park Service’s right of way permit for the Atlantic Coast Pipeline:


Supplemental Filing to FERC

On May 16, 2018, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) requested that ACP file documentation that specifically identifies the habitat areas that will be avoided with respect to the species listed within the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service’s (USFWS) Incidental Take Statement and confirm our commitment to avoid construction in these areas.
